Founder and President
As President of National Credit Card Processing Group , Peter is responsible for the growth of our organization through strategic partnerships and our agent and partner channels. Peter has 20 years of payment industry experience and has a lot of passion and commitment when it comes to the reputation of NCCP Groups brand. Peter also is a private consultant for Posillico Materials, a very well known Heavy and Highway Construction Materials Company in his hometown of Long Island, NY. His love for these industries correlate directly into our company story and the niches we are very well known in. Peter is a man of integrity, passion and trust and he has made sure that National Credit Card Processing Group and our employees have adapted those same core values. Peter’s vision for his company and our merchants are that once they come onboard with NCCP Group they will never want to leave because you will be treated like family and you will not overpay.
Peter resides in Huntington, Long Island with his wife Rachel and their three children. When Peter is not working you can find him playing Golf – Tennis – Basketball or going Skiing. Peter and his wife Rachel are actively involved in helping raise awareness for Pediatric Cancer research and helping military families that have lost loved ones defending our great country.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Emily is responsible for the continued growth of the National Credit Card Processing Group through her outstanding branding initiatives and her deep understanding of market fundamentals. She brings that type of energy and passion that aligns with the core values of the NCCP Group and the kind you look for in a marketing and sales executive. She has an extensive knowledge of market trends and an incredible ability to think outside of the box.
Emily comes to us from the MLB/NHL Networks where she identified and disseminated news stories for use on-air and managed delivery of large-scale projects by building cross-functional relationships among all MLB/NHL teams, as well as regional sports networks across the country.
Emily has her Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University and grew up in Cold Spring Harbor, New York. In her free time you can find Emily golfing, training for her next marathon, or volunteering for a charity close to her family’s heart, SCO Family of Services.
Bobby Naples serves as Vice President of Business Development. His mission is to ensure that his clients feel secure, confident and educated on credit card processing so that they can save money that they weren’t aware they could, as Peter Brickman did for him. Bobby hopes to continue to help the NCCP Group grow their relationships within the truck parts industry. A 40+ year veteran in the truck parts, OEM dealers, Auto & Truck Repair businesses, Bobby’s father brought him into his company Long Island Truck Parts when he was 8 years-old, where he learned the business from the bottom up. In 1990, he was managing a store at one of his father’s locations and 10 years later he took over as CEO. After 46 years of dedication and hard work, FleetPride, Co. bought out Long Island Truck Parts in 2018. While sitting on the board, Bobby has been recognized several times as ‘Distributor of the Year’ living by his top core values: integrity, dedication, and respect.
Bobby resides in Mt. Sinai and enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years and twin daughters golfing, fishing and volunteering for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
Michael DiRenzo is part of the Business Development team here at NCCP Group. He comes to us with 17 years of sales experience where he previously sold stone and aggregates into the NYC/Long Island markets specifically targeting Concrete Ready Mix and Asphalt plants. Mikes extensive knowledge and passion for the Aggregates industry has transformed very well for him helping these types of businesses cut their credit card acceptance costs. Going from the supply side in stone and aggregate sales to the payments side was a nice change of pace for Mike. He truly enjoys keeping the credit card payment acceptance costs down for the companies that are vital to our county’s infrastructure.
Mike is a proud Military veteran who served in the Navy. In his free time Mike likes to support his daughter and her athletics with Volleyball and Softball. Mike also likes to cook and try new restaurants.
Director of Operations and Relationship Management
Erica Munno is the Director of Operations and Relationship Management here at National Credit Card Processing Group. Erica’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire order entry process from application to install as well as managing the RM team and our high level strategic relationships and partnerships. Erica has been in the payments industry for 15 years and her knowledge of the industry on top of her ability to support our merchants are unprecedented and plays a vital role in NCCP Groups industry leading customer experience.
When Erica actually gets a day off and is not at work you can find her either taking road trips or enjoying time with her friends and family.
Thomas Posillico is the co-founder of National Credit Card Processing Group and Chairman of our advisory board. He is responsible for and oversees the companies strategic growth into the Construction Materials industry nationwide. Thomas manages and is a partner in a very successful Construction Materials Business here on Long Island that consists of multiple asphalt plants and Aggregate recycling facilities. His outstanding knowledge of this great industry has contributed heavily to our successes within this niche of ours.
Thomas resides in Locust Valley, NY with his wife and 4 kids. When he’s not working you can find Thomas playing golf / Ice hockey or skiing. Thomas played football at University of Virginia where he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Paul Posillico is one of the partners of National Credit Card Processing Group and an advisory board member assisting in the company’s long term strategic growth and financial management. Paul is CFO and partner at Questus Capital, LLC a private equity real estate development firm based on Long Island that focuses on multifamily and retail development opportunities. Prior to going full time in real estate, Paul was a partner and CFO at Posillico, Inc., one of the largest heavy construction contractors in the Tri-State area.
Paul resides in Huntington, NY with his wife Tracy and four children. Paul and Tracy are dedicated to raising awareness and fundraising for Pediatric Cancer research through Whitsway.org. and Memorial Sloan Kettering. When he’s not working Paul enjoys playing golf, tennis, ice hockey, and traveling with his family. Paul holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
