Joseph Salinas servers as Director of Merchant Support for NCCP Group. Joseph leads a team over 30 customer service and technical support representatives, out of our Palm Beach Gardens, FL call center. Joseph comes with over 20 years of support management experience in the payment industry.
JON CAMPBELL- MERCHANT SUPPORT MANAGER
Jon oversees the NCCP Support team. He is a highly technical and competent support Manager and along with the NCCP support team oversees both the Technical Support and Customer Services groups with over 20 employees under his direction.
ARI YOLIN – MERCHANT SUPPORT AGENT
ARI is a highly skilled technical support agent within the client services division of NCCP support group. He is solely dedicated to NCCP Group and works closely with merchants and partners to resolve all support matters.
CAMERON LATIOLAIS – MERCHANT SUPPORT AGENT
Cameron is a senior support lead with a phenomenal track record. She is always pleasant and ready to provide the highest level of support to NCCP merchants.
